Each year, thousands of students contact NSA seeking help to meet the ever-increasing costs of higher education. In response, the NSA Scholarship Foundation provides financial encouragement to promising accounting students across the country. The Foundation awards an average of 40 scholarships per year to undergraduates enrolled in a degree program at an accredited two- or four-year college or university. Applicants for awards are judged on the basis of scholastic achievement, demonstrated leadership ability, and financial need.
The deadline for applications for the 2010 NSA Scholarship Awards was March 10, 2010. The NSA Scholarship Foundation Board of Trustees is pleased to announce the awarding of scholarships to 29 students for the 2009-2010 academic school year. Applicants were judged on scholastic achievement, demonstrated leadership ability and financial need. Click here for the 2010 Scholarship Award Recipients.
I hope that you will continue to reward students for their hard work and dedication because it encourages and motivates us to continue to strive for excellence in college and thereafter.
Wendy Dieter, NSA Scholarship Recipient.
The Scholarship Fund is the result of many generous contributions from individuals, businesses and organizations. A number of scholarships are awarded in honor or memory of these benefactors. Join our Circle of Support and help ensure that today’s students are the professionals of tomorrow.
The Foundation welcomes special donations honoring an individual or commemorating a special event, as well as designated scholarships and grants. For more information on giving opportunities, please contact:
